Reveal a CAA record blocking an order in its details

An incorrectly set CAA record in DNS can block the issuance of a certificate. If the CAA does not allow DigiCert to issue a certificate for a given domain, it is not possible to complete the order. Such a case can now be easily detected with a notification of a CAA error, which would be indicated in the details of the given order.

If the CAA record does not allow DigiCert to issue a certificate and a different CA is specified, it is necessary to amend the record with the entry digicert.com, or completely remove the CAA record from DNS.
