We have created a notification for unfinished reissue
We have expanded our automatic notification with another feature that will help especially owners of multi-year orders.
Reissue is a frequently used tool and is free. You can have the certificate reissued free of charge at any time and as many times as you want with a new CSR (and a new private key). The second situation where reissues occur is multi-year orders. For them, the CA runs a so-called autoreissue one month before the currently valid certificate ends, which results in a consecutive certificate for the next year. If you do not complete the reissue, you will not have the new certificate to deploy to the server.
As customers happen to forget to complete the (auto)reissue process, we have created a new alert. It should prevent unwanted expiration of your certificates.
